Dans ce hs, j'ai lu deux articles

L'article Clandestine and covert operation porte mal son nom
Il est consacré surtout aux variantes chargée du brouillage électronique du B-47 et n'est pas bien structuré

L'article Elint Aloft est beaucoup mieux
Il évoque les pénétrations des B-47 ou EB-47 dans l'espace aérien soviétique.

La première a été réalisée par Hillman

On October 15, 1952, a Boeing B-47B Stratojet piloted by then Colonel Hillman, deputy commander of the 306th Bombardment Wing, left Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. It crossed over the Arctic Ocean, turned eastwards back over Siberia, and returned to Eielson via Provideniya. It was the United States' first deep-penetration reconnaissance mission against the Soviet Union.[2][3]

Il a parcouru 1480 km au-dessus du territoire soviétique, n'ayant aucune peine à distance les mig-15 lancés à sa poursuite.
L'objectif de la mission était de photographier les bases à la recherche de Tu-4
