Vehicle / Weapon changes:
----------------
- All F16:
Back to a 9.3G pos G limiter. There are a LOT of inconsistances in available documentation. It is even possible (but unconfirmed) that there has been some FLCS upgrade between 2003 and 2008 that would explain discrepencies , OR maybe this was just documentation mistake. Why EM charts have been drawn at 9.0G as well is a mistery. Anyway, it seems 9.3G is the most common value nowadays, so let's reinstore that :)
Improve vapor - Credits for the work to Kouzi from public forum, we just improved a bit.

Experimental:
-------------
- Add experimental support for native Tacview support
(revert to old ACMI format by adding in Falcon BMS User.cfg: set g_bTacviewAcmi 0)

Some notes on the initial implementation:

- For each entity in the ACMI, we store its last position and rotation.
How much we save is a tradeoff between memory usage and ACMI size -
storing more info would let us repeat ourselves in the ACMI file less,
but would rapidly increase the size of the recorder.
This seems like a decent initial compromise, but play around.
Adding compression (.zip.acmi) should significantly help here.

- We generate "Left Area" events when something leaves the bubble and gets
reaggregated instead of just adding a removal ("-<ID>") entry.
This keeps a bunch of phony "destroyed" events out of the flight log,
but spams the screen with a flurry of "has left the area" banners.
Something to talk to the devs about?

- A double-check on the yaw vs heading conversion would be appreciated.
From my reading of the Tacview docs
(https://www.tacview.net/documentation/acmi/en/),
"yaw" is corrected for the 2D -> 3D world projection and "heading" is
the raw value out of the game's 2D world.

set g_sNonCompatibleChanges “all-DURANDAL-NC_CHANGE_DEAGGED_LOADOUT”
set g_sCompatibleChanges “all-C_CHANGE_DYNAMIC_SMART_SCALING-C_CHANGE_CHANGE_STORE_DAMAGE”
doivent être donc supprimées.

Il ne doit y avoir que :
set g_sCompatibleChanges "all" // Dev Setting
set g_sNonCompatibleChanges "all-DURANDAL" // Dev Setting

-installer)

set g_sPriorityFixes "all" // Dev Setting

Ce qui donne en résumé :

set g_sPriorityFixes "all" // Dev Setting
set g_sCompatibleChanges "all" // Dev Setting
set g_sNonCompatibleChanges "all-DURANDAL" // Dev Setting

Merci Rouge et Hawk ! :)
