I have had this happen twice previously, and sent out additional PointCTRL at No Charge. In one case both showed up, and the customer sold it to friend and paid for the second one. The key in both of the cases was communication. But I do understand the language barrier here is an added communication challenge..

@lolof1#2095 Thanks for your patience but we don't operate on that business model of accepting money before an item is ready to ship. We only send out the invoices and accept payment when a customers unit is in final testing. I never accept any money until the product is ready to ship. Sometimes I get delayed, but It's usually never more than a week after payment.

**Moving forward**, clearly the item has been lost, or mis-delivered and not returned to sender. Its to late to do anything about it now. I will send you a new PointCTRL Kit with the Aux button Banks for your extreme patience. Do you still have a Pimax 5k, If you anticipate changing headsets I can include a spare mounts for are reverb or index if you feel you may try one of these in future.
Please confirm your address the same as on the PayPal shipping and tracking information PDF I sent you.

Please understand, I am not a start up company looking to make quick money. I am a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Major who was med boarded out after being injured in Iraq. Because I was unable to to do what I loved, and felt was my vocation. I had to reinvent myself to stay sane.
I pursued my side interest in mechanics, electronics, and physics. One day after my "wife" handed me a beer while I was flying in VR, I dropped it on the floor thinking I was putting on the center console of the huey, I said "no problem I can put a table there at the same height" Then I kept reaching for the switches and said, "i know I an can make something for me and my friends that will let me do that." I and I slowly did.
So theirs the story, I keep making changes because after continued feedback, PointCTRL was presenting real challenges for people to set-up. I did not want want to continue selling an product that I felt was working, but difficult for new users to set up, which is the reason for the slow development. This community has been great and supportive, which is the reason why I keep making and improving PointCTRL.
I know you Frenchman are passionate but geeezz, this was a most ungentlemanly discussion, what ever happened polite 12 pace pistol dual challenges at noon.
I know this could have been avoided with better communication on both mine and Lolof1 parts, and I probably missed something in the hundreds of emails I try and keep track off.
Anyway, Lolof, I am happy to do what ever you want me to do to make up for the error. You just have to let me know.
